Our Ingredients & Why We say 'Yes' to Local
Food tastes better when you know exactly what you are eating! The menu is driven daily by the availability of local ingredients. Occasionally, due to the availability of dairy, we source from farms in southern Georgia.
Preserved Restaurant is the latest offering from James Beard nominated Chef Brian Whittington of the Strive Restaurant Group. Preserved Restaurant highlights Southern cuisine while pushing an ingredient driven menu that showcases local farmers, community, and southern heritage!
