Food tastes better when you know exactly what you are eating! The menu is driven daily by the availability of local ingredients. Occasionally, due to the availability of dairy, we source from farms in southern Georgia.

Preserved Restaurant is committed to a locally-sourced ingredient-driven menu. Our local farmers are dedicated to the preservation of our land and the production of a quality product. And while they love what they do, they aren’t doing it for entertainment. They need to make a living. Consumers that value fresh food should support local farmers by buying their products.

Black Hog Farm is operated by a family of fourth and fifth generation farmers, who are dedicated to producing top quality farm products. They work alongside other local, Florida, and regional Farmers and Artisans enabling them to provide the freshest and most flavorful choice of products delivered directly through their Farm to Door program.

Cigar City Brewing was born in Tampa, Florida. Congaree and Penn began as a tiny rice farm in 2014. Since then, they've grown into a thriving farm of orchards and animals. Congaree and Penn boasts the largest (and youngest) Mayhaw orchard in the world. In 2016, Congaree and Penn began juicing seasonal fruit from local farms to produce shrubs, a nod to a Colonial era pastime.

Atlantic Beach Urban Farms are longtime beaches residents with a passion for growing only the cleanest, most delicious and sustainably grown food.They operate an urban farm located in Atlantic Beach, Florida and grow in a climate-controlled, pristine greenhouse, 365 days a year. They use aeroponic technology to produce a large volume of food in a small amount of space and teach individuals and community organizations how they too can grow their own food right where they live and operate.
