Preserved Restaurant is proud to announce our Fourth of July Community BBQ! We're opening up our restaurant to the community to celebrate the Fourth of July! Bring the whole family to enjoy great Food, Fun and Festivities while filling up and letting loose before catching the Fireworks! $30 gets you all-you-can-eat & Kids 10 and under are FREE!

Our sister restaurant Smoked. Southern BBQ will provide Pulled Chicken, and Pulled Pork. We will also be serving up a Low Country Seafood Boil, Burgers, Dogs, Housemade Slaw & Potato Salad, Ice Cream, and Popsicles. Beer, Wine, and Shrubmosas will be available for purchase.

We've got a Pool, Squirt Guns & Water Games for the kiddos and Raffles for the adults!

A group of dedicated industry professionals have joined forces to provide a platform for extraordinary talent to convene in Ocala/Marion County for the purpose of creating unforgettable culinary experiences and generating insightful dialogue about food, wine, and spirits. One of the festival co-founders Elodie Perron explained: “Some of my favorite meals have been at a table set with simple foods prepared well and with friends similarly disposed to really taste life with all their senses. It is my hope that we can help others make those types of memories.”

Join our very own, Chef Brian Whittington for the Ocala Culinary Festivals LANDMARK DINNER on Thursday, April 12 at 6:30PM Guests will experience the Silver Springs State Park as it changes from light to dark, with a cocktail in hand by mixologist Brenda Terry. Then, after dark, enjoy a sumptuous but casual feast reflecting the best examples of southern cuisine by award winning Chef Brian Whittington.

The timing of the 2018 festival coincides with one of the most beautiful times of the year in Ocala, Florida- spring! This time of year is nearly perfect with cool evenings and mild days. In addition to the festive culinary events scheduled for the festival, visitors may also decide to enjoy our great outdoors by playing golf, horseback riding our beautiful trails, kayaking our clear water springs, or picnicking at any of the equine competitions taking place during their visit.
